We were looking for something ready to move and JKB Sri Jeevan fit the bill perfectly. Having lived in Chennai for yea, we know the value of a good location. This place in Madha Nagar Extension-IV, Porur is quite accessible from the Chennai Bypass road and Mugalivakkam Main road. The 415 Sq.ft 1 BHK flat is compact but sufficient for us now. We were also happy to see that the project was completed back in August 2011, which shows stability. The developer, JKB Housing Pvt Ltd, seems to have a track record. We did notice a bit of dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that is expected in developing areas. Overall, it's a peaceful place to settle.
