Finally decided on JKB Sri Gokulam for my move to Chennai. The location in Virugambakkam seemed quite convenient for hospital access, especially Apollo Hospitals being just a short distance away. I looked at a 2 BHK which had a built-up area of 1176 Sq.ft. It felt spacious enough for one peon and also for potential guests. The price was around 70 Lakhs, which was within my budget for a ready-to-move property. The developer, JKB Housing Pvt Ltd, seems to have completed the project a while back, in 2011, so it’s not brand new but that’s okay. Power backup is included, which is essential. My only slight worry is the traffic on Arcot Road during peak hou, but I think I can manage that.

My primary reason for choosing this project by JKB Housing Pvt Ltd was its ready-to-move status and the location in Chennai West, Virugambakkam, which has good connectivity. It's close to major roads like Arcot Road and essential facilities such as Apollo Hospitals. The project, completed in 2011, offebasic amenities like Rain Water Harvesting and Maintenance Staff. While the project itself is established, the surrounding area has seen a lot of new development, which can lead to dust and noise during the day from ongoing construction nearby. This is a minor inconvenience, but I believe the property value will appreciate over time given the area's growth.

We recently bought a 2 BHK at JKB Sri Gokulam. Being in the IT sector, proximity to the metro was important, and the Puratchi Thalaivi Dr. J. Jayalalithaa CMBT Metro Station is a short distance, which is fantastic for commuting. The flat size is 1176 Sq.ft, quite a good space for us. The price point between 68.51 Lakh and 72.91 Lakh was manageable with our savings and a home loan. We liked the Landscaping & Tree Planting and the overall feel of the community. JKB Housing Pvt Ltd provided power backup, which is a must-have. One thing we noticed is the parking area seemed a little compact; fitting two camight be a squeeze. But we are happy with the location and amenities.

We purchased a 3 BHK flat measuring 1105 Sq.ft. The total cost was around 69 Lakhs. Having a ready-to-move-in property was a priority for us, and this project by JKB Housing Pvt Ltd fit the bill. The amenities like Power Backup and Maintenance Staff are very useful for a family. The location in Virugambakkam is quite central. However, the roads around the project can get quite busy, especially near Arcot Road, which is a slight concern for us with young children. Still, the convenience of the school nearby outweighs this.

This is my fit flat purchase and I chose JKB Sri Gokulam. I bought a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1105 Sq.ft. The price was 68.51 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for a ready-to-move property in Chennai West. The developer JKB Housing Pvt Ltd has a presence here, and the project is in Virugambakkam, close to Chinmaya Vidyalaya school, which is good. They have amenities like Rain Water Harvesting and Landscaping & Tree Planting, which are nice touches. The only concern I have is that the OC received status is not available, which makes me a bit nervous about future paperwork. But overall, it seems like a decent start for me.
