The 3 BHK flat we selected is 1221 Sq.ft, providing enough room for our family. The project by JKB Housing Pvt Ltd is still under construction, targeting completion by June 2026. The price for our unit was about 1.28 Crore. We appreciate the inclusion of essential amenities like 24x7 Water Supply and Lift(s). The location in Saligramam offegood connectivity, being close to highways. The only minor issue we've noticed during site visits is the dust from ongoing construction, which is expected but noticeable.
