We opted for a 3 BHK apartment, which offea built-up area of 1219 Sq.ft, providing enough space for our family. The price of 60.95 Lakh is competitive for the size and location in Chennai South. It is ready to move, which was a significant factor for us. JKB Housing Pvt Ltd has provided essential services like 24/7 water supply and adequate car parking. The only slight drawback is that the surrounding area can get quite noisy during peak traffic times, but we are getting used to it. The RO system is a good addition.
