I purchased a 3 BHK unit in JK Arcade, Kompally, primarily as an investment. The area in North Hyderabad is showing good growth potential. JK Constructions has delivered a ready-to-move property, which is a big advantage for investolooking for immediate rental income or resale opportunities. The super built-up area for the 3 BHK configurations ranges from 1348 to 1520 square feet, offering decent space. The presence of amenities like a lift and power backup adds to the property's appeal for potential tenants. My main concern is the accessibility; the Gopal Nagar Bus Stop is nearly 5 kilometeaway, and the approach road could be better maintained. However, the developer's reputation for timely delivery in past projects is a positive sign.

As teache, we were looking for a comfortable and safe home for our growing family and decided on JK Arcade. We upgraded to a 3 BHK flat, around 1500 square feet, which gives us much more room than our rental place. The earthquake-resistant structure and fire sprinklewere key features that appealed to us for safety. Being a gated community with a lift and power backup means we have all the basic conveniences we need. It’s ready to move, so we could shift immediately after finalising. Sadhu Vaswani International School is nearby, which is convenient for our children. While the project itself is good, the dust from ongoing nearby constructions can be a bit botheome sometimes. Still, JK Constructions seems reliable.

The fact that it is a gated community with fire sprinkleand earthquake-resistant structure provides a good sense of security. The nearby hospital, Surekha Hospital, is less than a kilometer away, making it convenient for any medical needs. While the location is nice, reaching the main city areas can take a bit longer than expected, especially during peak traffic houOverall, it seems like a stable and safe choice for us.

Moving to JK Arcade in Kompally was a good decision for me. Being a single woman, the gated community aspect and the presence of fire sprinkleand earthquake-resistant structure put my mind at ease. I got a 1348 square feet 3 BHK flat, which is spacious enough for my needs and has good natural light. The power backup is a lifesaver during Hyderabad's unpredictable power outages. It's great that it's ready to move in, so I didn't have to wait. The only minor drawback is that the traffic on the main road can get quite heavy during morning and evening commute times, adding a few extra minutes to my journey to work. But the convenience of having Surekha Hospital nearby is reassuring.
