Finally moving out of our rental place! We chose Jindal Mohali Royal Residency because we wanted more space and a better environment for our children. The 3 BHK configurations here are generous, starting from 1800 square feet. We are looking forward to the tree planting and landscaping; it should make the complex feel quite pleasant. The nearby Smart WondeSchool, nearby, is also a huge factor for us. While it's ready to move in, the approach road to the project could be better maintained. It's a bit dusty right now, but hopefully, that improves once more people settle in. Overall, it feels like a good upgrade.
