  We were looking for something ready to move in Pune and found Jijau Shrusti Jijau Shrusti. The 2 BHK carpet area is around 453 Sq.ft which felt decent enough for us. It's nice that they have solid waste management and disposal systems in place. We also liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The location in Baramati, Rui is a bit far from the main IT hubs, so my commute will be longer than I hoped, maybe 40 minutes on a good day. Parking is also open and closed, which is good, but could get crowded.

The community buildings are well-designed, and the sewage treatment plant is a positive sign of good infrastructure. Having closed car parking is also a big relief. The proximity to Mehta Hospital at nearby is fantastic for my professional life. The only minor issue is the dust from nearby construction, which is noticeable on some days, but I assume that will improve once everything is finished.
