The budget was around 33 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the size and location. It's ready to move, so no waiting period. The project has essential amenities like power backup and Vastu compliance, which are important factofor me. JHL Global (P) Ltd. Has a decent track record. The proximity to Mount-Poonamallee Road is good for connectivity. My only slight worry is the dust from nearby construction, but it's manageable.

I bought a 2 BHK flat, the 765 square feet one, for about 30 Lakh. The location is in Chennai West, close to Mount-Poonamallee Road (SH 55). The developer is JHL Global (P) Ltd. While the project has basic amenities like power backup and rainwater harvesting, the absence of an OC certificate is a bit of a drawback for me as an investor. The surrounding area is developing, which is positive. The flat size is decent for the price.
