The availability of plots in this size range was perfect for building our family home. The development has nice landscaping and a flower garden, which our kids enjoy. The price for our plot was around 98.88 L. The security cabin and 24x7 security give us peace of mind. While the project was completed in 2013, it still feels well-maintained. The only minor inconvenience is the distance to the Pulinchodu Metro Station, which is nearby, but that's manageable.
