I bought a 3 BHK at Jeno Ramki. The 1743 Sq.ft size is comfortable for me. I liked that it's ready to move in, so I could settle quickly. The Vastu compliance was important to me. The amenities like the RO water system and solar heating are practical. The location in Rainbow Nagar is quite convenient for daily life. My only real issue is the proximity to the PRTC Bus Depot, which is nearby, making public transport slightly less immediate than I'd hoped. Otherwise, the building itself feels secure with 24x7 CCTV and video door security.

We finally bought our fit apartment at Jeno Ramki in Rainbow Nagar. My husband was impressed with the 1743 Sq.ft size of the 3 BHK. It feels spacious enough for us to start a family. The Vastu compliant design was also a big plus for us. We visited the site last week, and it's ready to move in, which is great because we don't want to wait long. The nearby school is convenient, although getting to the main road can be a little tricky during peak houwith traffic. The builder, Surya, seems to have a good reputation.

My wife and I were looking for a decent sized apartment in a good area. We looked at a few places before deciding on Jeno Ramki. We chose a 4 BHK, around 2016 Sq.ft. It offeplenty of space for our work-from-home setups. The children's play area is a bonus for when we have guests with kids. It's ready to move, which suited our timeline perfectly. Surya has a decent track record. The only minor issue we've noticed is that parking can feel a bit cramped if you have larger vehicles, but we manage.

Relocating to Puducherry for work at the New Medical Centre meant I needed a place nearby. Jeno Ramki's location in Rainbow Nagar is ideal, very close to the hospital. I opted for a 3 BHK which is 1743 Sq.ft. It's ready to move in, saving me a lot of hassle. The earthquake-resistant structure gives me peace of mind. My only small concern is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, but I'm hoping that settles down soon. The video door security is a nice touch for a single woman.

I purchased a 4 BHK apartment at Jeno Ramki for my parents who live in Puducherry. They wanted something spacious, so the 2013 Sq.ft area was perfect. They appreciate the solar water heating feature, especially during the monsoons. The location in Venkata Nagar is familiar to them. My parents mentioned the construction looks solid and they received the keys shortly after I finalized the deal. Power backup is also important for them, and it's included. They haven't complained about anything major, which is a good sign.
