The plot sizes are 1500 Sq.ft and 2400 Sq.ft, and the price was between 7.13 Lakh and 11.4 Lakh, which fit our budget. Being ready to move was a major advantage. The proximity to Morning Star Matriculation Higher Secondary School, nearby, was a key factor for us. The landscaping and tree planting create a nice atmosphere. However, the lack of OC received makes me a little hesitant about the long-term legalities. Also, accessing the site involves a narrow lane, and during peak hou, traffic near Arcot Road can be quite heavy, making school runs a bit stressful.
