KB Jaya Nayak seems to have provided good basic amenities like 24x7 Water Supply and 24x7 CCTV Surveillance, which are essential for peace of mind. The Landscaping & Tree Planting gives it a pleasant feel. However, I've noticed the dust from ongoing construction in the wider Chikballapur area can be quite botheome sometimes. While the project itself is ready, the surrounding infrastructure is still catching up. The Badminton Court and Gymnasium are nice additions for recreation.

The Club House and Swimming Pool are definitely a plus for leisure time after work. Overall, it’s a decent option for a plot purchase.
