Jeevan Mitra Apartments in JP Nagar Phase 1 seemed like a good option given its proximity to Apollo Cradle & Children's Hospital, just a 2-minute walk away. My parents will also be close to Frank Public School which is a short distance. The 3 BHK configuration with a 2880 sq.ft builtup area provides ample room. The maintenance staff is available, which is a big relief for me as I am not physically present. The price point of 2.04 Crore onwards is within the expected range for this locality. I am hoping they will be comfortable here.
