The ready to move status was critical, and it was completed in August 2023. I chose a 4 BHK flat with a super builtup area of 1538 Sq.ft, which is a comfortable size for them. The location near St. Anselm's Senior Secondary School (0.4 km) and Amar Medical & Research Centre (1 km) ensures they have essential services nearby. While the price of 71.0 L was within our range, the building lacks some modern amenities like dedicated parking space which might be an issue if they get another car. However, the lifts are functional and the project is in a well-connected area.

St. Anselm's Senior Secondary School is just a nearby walk, which is a huge relief for the morning rush. We paid 71.0 L for it, which was manageable for us. The project being ready to move meant we could plan our move without much delay. The location is reasonable; it's close to the Mansarovar Metro Station, which is useful. However, the area around the project can get quite dusty, especially during the day, which is a bit of a concern. We also noticed that the OC Received status is not available, which gives us slight pause, but since it's ready to move, we are hoping it is a minor formality. The lifts are a good addition.
