  Buying a home for my parents back in Jaipur from abroad was challenging, but JC Heights 17 in Mansarovar made it easier. The ready to move status was critical, and it was completed in August 2023. I chose a 4 BHK flat with a super builtup area of 1538 Sq.ft, which is a comfortable size for them. The location near St. Anselm's Senior Secondary School (0.4 km) and Amar Medical & Research Centre (1 km) ensures they have essential services nearby. While the price of 71.0 L was within our range, the building lacks some modern amenities like dedicated parking space which might be an issue if they get another car. However, the lifts are functional and the project is in a well-connected area.

  This is my fit home purchase, a 4 BHK flat in JC Heights 17, and I'm excited. The super builtup area of 1931 Sq.ft feels really big, and it was priced at 93.7 L. Being ready to move was a major factor for me, as I wanted to settle in quickly after making the purchase. The location in Rajiv Vihar, Mansarovar is decent, with the metro station nearby. The developer, JC Heights, seems to have completed the project on time. My only slight worry is that the price is quite high, but the space and the fact that it's ready convinced me. I am looking forward to making this my home.

  Relocating to Jaipur for work at Amar Medical & Research Centre, which is nearby, made JC Heights 17 an obvious choice. The project is ready to move, and the flat size of 1931 Sq.ft for the 4 BHK is very spacious, giving me room to relax after long hospital shifts. The proximity to the metro station at nearby is also a plus for commuting within the city. The price was at the higher end of my budget, around 93.7 L, but the convenience and quality seemed to justify it. One minor concern is the construction dust still lingering in some common areas, but I expect that will settle down soon. The building has lifts which are essential.

  We finally moved into JC Heights 17 last month and are settling in. The location in Mansarovar, Rajiv Vihar is quite convenient for us. St. Anselm's Senior Secondary School is just a nearby walk, which is a huge relief for the morning rush. The 4 BHK flat we bought has a super builtup area of 1931 Sq.ft, so there is plenty of space for the kids to play indooThe building is ready to move which meant we didn't have to wait too long after booking. The only small issue is the traffic on the main road during peak houcan be a bit much, but it's manageable since our school is so close. Overall, the kids are happy and that's what mattemost.

  I purchased a 4 BHK flat in JC Heights 17 as an investment. The ready to move status and completion in August 2023 were attractive points. The price range between 71.0 L to 93.7 L for the configurations offered seemed reasonable for the current market in Jaipur. The super builtup area of 1538 Sq.ft is a good size for potential rental income. While the area is developing, direct main road access could be better, and the absence of readily available OC documents is something to note, though it is ready to move. I'm hoping the property value appreciates in the coming yeadue to the ongoing development in Mansarovar.

  My wife and I decided to upgrade from our rented apartment and bought a 4 BHK flat in JC Heights 17. The super builtup area of 1538 Sq.ft offesignificantly more space than our previous place. We paid 71.0 L for it, which was manageable for us. The project being ready to move meant we could plan our move without much delay. The location is reasonable; it's close to the Mansarovar Metro Station, which is useful. However, the area around the project can get quite dusty, especially during the day, which is a bit of a concern. We also noticed that the OC Received status is not available, which gives us slight pause, but since it's ready to move, we are hoping it is a minor formality. The lifts are a good addition.
