    Finally bought my fit villa at JB Twins! It's a 3 BHK and the builtup area is around 1850 sq.ft, which feels really spacious. We liked that it is ready to move since we didn't want to wait long. The construction was completed in December 2021. It's located in Benupur, Balianta. The area seems to be developing nicely. I am happy with the initial impression, the interiolook decent and the community hall is a nice addition for gatherings. Parking is available which is a must for us. Overall, it feels like a good start to owning my own home.

The location in Benupur, Bhubaneswar is a bit far from where we teach, so the commute might be a daily challenge, maybe around 40 minutes depending on traffic. However, having an earthquake resistant structure and 24x7 water supply gives us peace of mind. The children's play area is also a good feature for our young ones. The landscaping looks pleasant too.
