I purchased a plot of 280 square yards at JB Serene County. The location in Ibrahimpatnam is developing nicely and I think it's a good spot for future growth. JB Infra Groups seems to have a solid plan for the area. The paved compound and internal roads look well done. My only slight worry is the traffic on the main road approaching the site during peak hou, it can get a bit congested. Otherwise, the concept of a gated community with basic amenities like a children's play area is appealing. The price range for these plots was within my expectations for this part of Hyderabad.
