The developer, JB Infra Groups, has included essential amenities like 24x7 water supply, storm water drains, and a sewage treatment plant. The proximity to Ibrahimpatnam Bus Station is also convenient for commuting. While the project has good potential, the OC received status is not available yet, which makes me a bit hesitant. Also, the plot sizes go up to 7278 Sq.ft, with the higher end costing over 1 Crore, which feels a bit steep for this location. Overall, it’s a decent option for a long-term investment.
