I am looking at a 3 BHK apartment, around 1500 Sq.ft. The built-up area seems adequate. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by April 2028. The prices range from 46.65 Lakh to 98.24 Lakh. I am slightly concerned about the noise from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully, that will subside once it’s completed. The inclusion of Vastu compliance and fire sprinkleis reassuring. I need to check the parking situation more thoroughly as well.
