The area near Adibatla has many educational institutions nearby, with Sri Vamshidhar high school just nearby. That was a major deciding factor for us. The plots are situated on a hill area, which is a unique selling point. We are looking at building a home here in a few yeaThe security is 24/7 which gives us peace of mind. The price range for plots is quite wide, going up to 1.62 Crore for larger ones. The underground drainage and electricity are also modern features we appreciate for a new build.
