The location in Sector 129 is quite strategic, with easy access to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. I purchased a 4 BHK flat, offering a substantial built-up area between 1940 and 2425 square feet, which provides plenty of room. The project offegood amenities like a club house and a golf coue, which are appealing for a relaxed lifestyle. The 24x7 water supply and security are essential for peace of mind. The price point, going up to 2.01 Crore, is certainly on the higher side, but the convenience and quality of life it offeseem worth it. The construction quality appearobust, and it's ready to move in.

As a government employee, I was looking for a reliable developer and a well-located property. Jaypee Greens' Jaypee Klassic in Sector 129 seemed like a good option. I opted for a 2 BHK unit, which is about 1100 square feet built-up area, perfect for my needs. The price was within my budget, around 85 Lakhs. It's great that the project is ready to move in. The Vastu compliant design was an important factor for me. The amenities like the club house and gymnasium are quite good. Access to NH 66 is also convenient, being only 2 kilometeaway. My only reservation is the noise from the nearby expressway, which can be noticeable at times, especially during the day. The security systems, including video door security, are reassuring though.

The built-up area for our 3 BHK is around 1500 square feet, providing enough space for our family. Being ready to move in was a major advantage. However, the traffic on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a daily hassle.
