The location seems promising, with easy access to Jawaharlal Nehru Road and Bibwewadi Kondhwa Road. Jaykamal Developehave included many practical amenities like landscaping, footpaths, and street lighting. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by July 2027. I feel good about the inclusion of water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems. The only slight worry is that the carpet area numbeseem very high for a typical 3 BHK, I'm just hoping the rooms aren't too spread out or oddly shaped. Need to visit again to be sure.
