I bought a 2 BHK flat of 1073 Sq.ft for around 45 Lakh. The location in Yelahanka is decent, with the hospital and school nearby. I appreciate the provision for geyseand the granite kitchen platforms. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex feel pleasant. The swimming pool is a nice amenity to relax in the evenings. The lift service is reliable. The only slight drawback is that the area gets quite dusty during dry spells.
