We were specifically looking for a home close to our children's school, and Jayam Seawaves is literally next to St. Bede's Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School. That was the biggest deciding factor for us. It's also very convenient having Kauvery Hospital Chennai right there in case of emergencies. The location in Mylapore is quite central and feels safe. The only concern is the traffic in this part of Chennai South; getting out during peak houcan be a bit of a challenge. But for the convenience of school and hospital access, we felt it was worth it. We are still looking at configurations and sizes, but the location is hard to beat for a family.
