It’s a manageable size and it is ready to move. The price was 71.25 Lakh, which I could afford. Being close to the Mylapore Police Station Bus Stop at nearby makes commuting easier. Jayam Foundation built this project. My only reservation is that the amenities were not listed, so I am unsure about what facilities are available. Also, the area around Palace Road can be quite congested, which is something to keep in mind. But overall, the location and size work for me.
