Jayam Ashwini in Mylapore offe3 BHK apartments around 1669 square feet and 4 BHK duplexes of 2350 square feet, which gave us plenty of room. The project is ready to move, which was a major factor for us. I appreciate the inclusion of an EV charge point, showing foresight. The rooftop club and party lawn are excellent for entertaining guests. Getting to Chennai Central Railway Station is also quite easy, just 8 kilometeaway. This place in Mylapore is quite convenient for me. I work in the IT corridor and the NH 45 is about 8 kilometeaway, so my commute is manageable. I booked a 3 BHK apartment which is around 1427 square feet, feels spacious enough for one peon with a home office. The open gym is a nice touch for staying active without leaving the complex. Power backup is essential here, so that's reassuring. The price point was a little higher than I initially planned, but the location justified it for me. I also like the video door security for added safety.

I was looking for a comfortable home in a well-established area and Jayam Ashwini seemed like a good fit. The duplex options are quite large, the 4 BHK is 2350 square feet. Being ready to move in June 2024 was a big plus, as I did not want to wait for construction. The project uses traditional red brick walls, which is something I appreciate for its durability and aesthetic. The clubhouse on the rooftop is a pleasant amenity, and having metro access nearby, Teynampet Metro Station is just 2.23 kilometeaway, makes getting around easy. My only slight concern is the traffic noise sometimes, given the central location.
