This project by Jayadev And Otheis located in Dundigal Gandimaisamma, North Hyderabad, and was ready for possession since March 2017. The initial investment was around 1.5 Crore. The key attraction was the 'ready to move' status and the potential for appreciation in this developing corridor. Proximity to Sadhu Vaswani International School (1.92 km) and Surekha Hospital (0.6 km) adds to the locality's value. The developer has included necessary infrastructure like internal roads, footpaths, and a sewage treatment plant. My only reservation is the lack of clear information on whether the Occupancy Certificate (OC) has been obtained, which can sometimes be a hurdle for future buyeor if one plans to construct immediately. The prices now start from 50.75 Lakhs and go up to 1.89 Crore, reflecting the market trend.
