The price of 5.9 Lakhs was quite reasonable for the area, especially since it’s ready to move. We liked the Multipurpose Room and the Children's Play Area for future use. Jayadaini Residency is located in Hitech City, Kondapur, which is well-connected to major roads like the Old Mumbai highway. However, the access road to the project itself could be better maintained; it’s a narrow lane for a short distance. Overall, it’s a decent property for the price.
