It's ready to move, which was important for me as I didn't want to wait. The location near National Highway 50 is convenient for getting around Nashik. Jay Developeseem to have finished the project on time. The landscaping looks nice too. I haven't faced any major issues so far, and the lift is working fine. Power backup is also a plus, though I hope I don't need it too often. Overall, a decent fit purchase experience.
