I was looking for a plot in Nagpur and found Jay Gurudeo Nagar 1 on Umred Road, Vihirgaon. The size of 1168 Sq.ft was perfect for my needs. Jay Shree Sai BuildeAnd Developeprovided basic amenities like water conservation and storm water drains. The 24x7 water supply is crucial. Being a gated community gives a sense of security, and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance adds to that. The proximity to Integrity Supepeciality Hospital is also a good point. However, the internal roads are still a bit rough in places, and I hope they improve the landscaping soon. It’s a work in progress, but a good investment.

We bought a plot here in Jay Gurudeo Nagar 1, located on Umred Road in Vihirgaon, Nagpur. The developer, Jay Shree Sai BuildeAnd Develope, seems to have focused on basic infrastructure. They have solid waste management and rainwater harvesting systems in place, which is good for the environment. The plot size we chose is 1186 Sq.ft. It is ready to move in, which was a big factor for us. The internal roads and footpaths are also developed. The location is developing, and it’s close to PRERNA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL VIHIRGAON, which is convenient. The only thing is that the construction dust from nearby sites can be a bit much sometimes. Overall, it’s a decent purchase for the long term.

The location on Umred Road, Vihirgaon, is developing, and it's close to Piplafata Bus Stop, about a 6-minute drive. My main concern is the access road to the project, which is quite narrow and could be an issue for bigger vehicles. The open parking is fine for now.

One thing that bothered me a little was the noise from the main road, especially during the day. It’s something to consider if you need complete quiet.
