    We chose Jay Ambe DevelopeRajkot Shree Ambe Villa 2 primarily because of its proximity to Karnavati International School, which is also nearby. It makes the morning rush so much easier for the kids. We got a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of about 360 square feet. The Landscaping & Tree Planting amenity is something my children are excited about. The 24x7 Security and CCTV surveillance were also important factofor us. While the project is still under construction, the overall plan looks good. The only thing that is a bit of a worry is the parking situation; it doesn't seem like there will be ample space for visitoif we have guests over. However, for our own vehicle, it should be fine. Water conservation and rainwater harvesting are also good features.
