Janta Land Promotecompleted this project in 2012, and it's ready to move in. The variety of configurations, from 3 BHK (2480 sq.ft) to 5 BHK (5570 sq.ft), offegood options. The pricing, between 3.1 Cr and 6.96 Cr, seemed competitive for the area at the time of my purchase. While it's not a brand new development, the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained. I am expecting good appreciation in the long term.
