Jansen Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has included good features like fire sprinkleand landscaping which add to the appeal. It’s a gated community, which is a must for us. The only slight issue is that the roads leading to the project aren't the widest, making it a bit tricky sometimes when there's oncoming traffic. But the peace inside the community once you are through the gates is worth it. We also liked the idea of rain water harvesting. The project is ready to move, giving us flexibility.
