Finally upgraded from our rented place! We chose Jankiram by Swapnil Group because it is ready to move and located in Shankar Nagar, Nagpur, which is a familiar area for us. My wife liked the idea of being close to a metro station, and Shankar Nagar Square Metro Station is nearby. We are teache, so a quiet neighborhood is important, though this location does get busy. The Arneja Heart and Multispeciality Hospital nearby is also reassuring. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, but we managed with a loan. We are a bit concerned about the parking situation if we get a second car in the future. The Swapnil Group seems reliable, and we are hopeful for a smooth transition into our new home.
