This is my fit property purchase, a 1 RK in Janki Sahaniwas. It's small, only about 157 Sq.ft, but the price was unbeatable at just 5.79 Lakh. It felt like a safe fit step into homeownehip. The location in Jaitala, Sassane layout is developing and I like that it's a gated society with 24x7 security. Gandhi Builde& Developeseem to have kept the costs down by focusing on basic amenities like a security cabin and lift. I am still waiting for the OC, but the project is expected to be completed by September 2024. It's a good starting point for me.
