I bought the 1201 Sq.ft plot, which was priced at 59.86 Lakh, a reasonable entry point. The project is under construction with a completion date of May 2027. I’m looking forward to the landscaping and tree planting to enhance the environment. The automatic cricket bowling net and cricket pitch are fun additions. The entrance gate security cabin and 24x7 security provide peace of mind. My only reservation is the dust and construction noise right now, which is expected as it's under construction. However, the concrete walkways with saucer drains indicate good planning for drainage.
