The 2 BHK apartments are reasonably sized, around 1200 Sq.ft built up. The main reason for choosing this project was that it is ready to move in, saving us the long wait. The budget of around 45.6 Lakh for a 2 BHK felt fair. The nearby Matrusri DAV Public School is just a minute away, which is incredibly convenient for families. I did notice some dust from ongoing nearby construction, but it’s a minor issue.
