The location in Greater Noida seemed promising. We bought a plot around 200 square yards. The prices started from around 20.41 Lakh, which was within our initial budget. The development has basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and street lighting which is good. However, the internal roads are still under construction in some parts, leading to a bit of dust when vehicles pass by. It's ready to move in, but I wish there was more clarity on the completion date of the entire project.

We wanted something spacious, and the plot sizes here range from 100 to 1000 square yards, so we found a good 120 square yard option. It’s a gated community with 24x7 security, which gives us peace of mind. The price for our plot was around 30 Lakhs. It's close to Pragyan Public School, which is convenient.
