We needed a place close to Velammal New Gen School, and Jamals Orchid is right there, basically zero kilometeaway which is amazing. Our 2 BHK is 975 square feet and feels quite spacious for the kids. Having 24x7 water supply is a huge relief, especially during Chennai summeThe location on Jayachandran Nagar, off Velachery Road, is convenient for daily commutes. The only small issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road, but it's manageable since the school is so close. Rainwater harvesting is a good feature too.
