We needed a larger home for our growing family and decided on a 3 BHK in Jalvayu Vihar, Sector 20, Panchkula. The reputed builder has delivered a ready-to-move-in property, which was a huge relief. Getting to Dikshant International School for the kids is manageable, nearby, and the proximity to major roads is helpful for my commute to work. The layout of the 3 BHK seems practical. What I really appreciate is the location itself; Sector 20 is a well-established area. My only gripe is the parking situation. It seems a bit tight, especially when guests visit. We haven't seen many amenities listed, which is a slight disappointment, but the core housing aspect is solid. We are hoping the reputed builder addresses the parking concerns.

We were looking for a place in Panchkula after retirement and found Jalvayu Vihar. The location in Sector 20 is quite convenient, close to both the Zirakpur-Panchkula-Kalka Highway and the Old Kalka Ambala Road. This makes it easy to get around. The flat we saw was a 3 BHK, which seems spacious enough for our needs. Having the Panchkula Inter State Bus Terminus a short distance is also a big plus for visiting family. The builder, who is reputed, seems to have maintained the property well. It's ready to move in, which is perfect for us. We did notice a bit of dust on the balcony, possibly from ongoing construction nearby, but it's not a major issue. Overall, it feels like a peaceful place to settle.
