Moving to Hyderabad for work, I needed a place close to my new hospital. Jalsa Regency in Shamshabad is close to Sunshine Hospital, which is fantastic. I booked a 4 BHK, which is quite spacious at 4292 Sq.ft. The price point for this size, up to 1.29 Cr, is quite high, but the convenience is worth it. The area has peaceful surroundings and is accessible to educational institutes like The Aga Khan Academy, which is nearby. It's also very close to the airport, nearby. I liked that each room has private balconies. My only slight worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but the internal roads seem manageable. The construction is ready to move.

As teache, we saved up for a long time to upgrade from our rental. We looked at Jalsa Regency because it's ready to move and has spacious properties. We chose a 3 BHK around 1885 Sq.ft. The price of 56.55 L fits our budget, which is a big relief. Having balconies for each room is a nice touch. The location in Shamshabad is decent, close to Sunshine Hospital and close to the airport. The children's play area is a plus for us. However, the parking situation looks a bit tight, especially if we have guests. We need to be careful about that. The developer, Jalsa Develope, has promised completion by October 2024, and we're hoping they stick to it. The Wi-Fi amenity is also useful for us.

We were looking for a spacious property for our family and found Jalsa Regency. The 4 BHKs are enormous, starting from 4296 Sq.ft. We liked the idea of luxurious properties with private balconies for each room. The location in Mamidipally, Shamshabad, is developing well, and being close to the airport (3 KM) is convenient. The price range is between 56.55 L and 1.29 Cr, which is substantial but justified by the size and features. We appreciate the eco-friendly surroundings and water conservation efforts. The only minor issue we've noticed is that the surrounding areas can get dusty during construction phases, but that's typical for developing regions. It's ready to move, with completion by October 2024.

Jalsa Developementioned it's ready to move, with completion expected in October 2024. I primarily looked at the financial viability and the location's potential for appreciation. Shamshabad is developing, and proximity to the airport at nearby is a definite plus for business travel. The amenities list is quite comprehensive, including essential ones like 24X7 water supply and CCTV surveillance. However, the lack of OC received information is a bit concerning from an investment pepective, though they assured us it's in process. Overall, the financial planning fits our needs.

I'm buying this for my parents who are in Hyderabad. Jalsa Regency seemed like a good option because it's ready to move and close to amenities. They'll be close to The Aga Khan Academy (3 KM) and Sunshine Hospital (5 KM). The 3 BHK apartments are a good size, around 1903 Sq.ft. The price is within the 56.55 L to 1.29 Cr range. I liked that Jalsa Developeincluded features like a children's play area and landscaping, which my parents will enjoy. The 24X7 water supply and surveillance are also important for their safety. The only hesitation I had was about the completion date of October 2024; I wish it was already completed, but it's close. It's a peaceful area.
