The price range of 55.89 Lakh to 87.04 Lakh is quite substantial, but we feel the amenities like the gymnasium and Reflexology Park justify it. My only minor concern is that the construction completion is set for January 2029, which is quite a wait, and the area might get dusty with ongoing construction around. Still, it looks like a good long-term investment for our family.
