We were looking for a ready-to-move property in a central location and Jains Ananya fit the bill. The 2 BHK flat is 800 square feet, which is a decent size for our needs. It was completed in December 2014, so it’s not a brand new construction, but the build quality seems solid. The proximity to Jawahar Higher Secondary School and MGM Healthcare is incredibly convenient, both are literally nearby. The price point of 80 Lakhs onwards was within our budget for this area. We haven't faced any major issues so far, but the traffic in T. Nagar can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider.
