However, as a chartered accountant, I always look for clear financial details, and the budget and price information was not readily available, which makes assessing the investment value harder. The project is ready to move, which is good. The fire protection and fire safety requirements are in place, which is standard but necessary.

We chose Jainam Height for our family because of its excellent location. Centre Point School Wardhaman Nagar is literally a minute's walk, which makes school runs so much easier. We got a 3 BHK with a good carpet area of about 1400 square feet. The children also love the landscaping and tree planting within the complex. Having NewEra Hospitals very close by (3 minutes) provides peace of mind. The developer, Latesh Ramniklal Vora And Othe, has provided necessary amenities. My only minor worry is that the parking space seems a bit tight, especially when friends visit. Otherwise, it’s a good place for a family in Nagpur.
