The proximity to Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Senior Secondary School, just 750 meteaway, was a major deciding factor for us. The area is generally quiet, though sometimes there's dust from nearby construction. Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd has equipped the complex with a children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids absolutely love. The overall ambiance is quite luxurious. The price for our unit was around 1.5 Crore. It feels like a good family home.

The gated community offegood security and privacy, which is important for us. The facilities like the swimming pool and cycling track are excellent for unwinding. Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd has provided a good standard of living. The proximity to State Highway 133 is also a plus for our travel needs. The only drawback is that parking can be a bit challenging if you have multiple vehicles.

I haven't faced any major issues so far, but would have preferred if OC details were readily available.
