I chose Jain Surabhi for its prime location in Kilpauk, Chennai. Being a single working woman, the proximity to Kilpauk Metro Station (0.6 km) and essential services is extremely important. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment which is 1847 square feet built-up area. The price point of 3.57 Crore was within my budget for this area. The building by Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd is ready to move, which saved me a lot of hassle. The entrance lobby is quite welcoming, and having a gymnasium on-site is a great convenience. My only reservation is the dust and construction activity from nearby ongoing projects, which can be botheome at times. Despite that, the security features and the overall upkeep of the common areas are commendable.

After yeaof renting, we finally bought our own place in Jain Surabhi. We opted for a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1847 square feet. The location in Kilpauk is very accessible, being close to the metro station and schools. Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd delivered this project a while back, in 2012, and it's ready for occupation. The price was manageable for us, starting from 3.57 Crore. The building has essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and lifts, which are crucial. One thing we noticed is that the Wi-Fi connectivity isn't always the strongest in all corneof the apartment. It's a minor issue, but something we hope can be improved. The overall feel of the place is quite homely.

This is my fit property purchase and I went for a 3.5 BHK apartment in Jain Surabhi. The built-up area is quite large at 3670 square feet, giving us plenty of space. The location on Vasu Street in Kilpauk is pretty central. While the price point of around 7.05 Crore for the larger units is significant, I felt it was justified given the size and the developer, Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd, has a track record. The project was completed in 2012, so it's an older, established building. The main concern for me is the lack of readily available OC details, which makes me a bit hesitant. However, the proximity to Kilpauk Metro Station at nearby is excellent for commuting.
