We finally moved into our 4 BHK villa at Jain San Lucas a few weeks ago. The best part is that New Baldwin International School Chandapura is literally nearby, which makes school runs so much easier for the kids. My husband also liked the tennis court and the swimming pool. The villa itself is quite spacious, around 3173 Sq.ft, which gives everyone enough room. The community hall is also a nice addition for gatherings. I was a bit worried about the location being South Bangalore, but the drive into the city isn't too bad during non-peak houJain Housing & Constructions Ltd seems to have put in good effort.

We were renting for a long time and finally decided to upgrade to a villa in Jain San Lucas. The 4 BHK layout, which is about 3300 Sq.ft, gives us much more space than our previous apartment. Having a gated community with video door security is a big plus for peace of mind. The swimming pool is a nice way to relax after a long day at school. The price point, around 1.70 Cr, was manageable for us with a home loan. My only slight concern is the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but it's not a major issue. Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd has delivered a good product overall.
