    I purchased a 2 BHK unit in Jain Palm N Meadows back in 2010 when it was completed. The location in Avinashi, Chettipalayam, Tiruppur seemed to have good potential for future growth. Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd delivered the project on time. The built-up area of 1008 sq.ft is standard for this segment. While the amenities like the gymnasium and basketball court are good, the OC not being available is a point of concern for future resale value. The price range at the time of purchase was competitive. I’m monitoring the rental demand in the area, which seems steady. It’s an okay investment, but the OC status is a drawback.
