We needed a place closer to VIBGYOR High School, Kolhapur, and Jain Mahalaxmi Icon fits the bill perfectly. It's just a nearby distance, making the morning school run much easier. We are a family with two kids, so having a reliable developer like Jain Gosavi was important. The project being ready to move allowed us to see the actual flat space before committing. The location in Rajarampuri is quite peaceful, away from the main city bustle. My wife also liked that Nandadeep Eye Hospital is also nearby, within nearby, for any emergencies. Parking could be a bit tighter than we hoped, but we manage. It's a comfortable space for us.
