We moved into Jain Jains Akankha about two months ago. The location in Kothaguda is pretty convenient for us as my partner works in HITEC City and the metro station is just under nearby. We liked the gated community aspect and the 24x7 security feels reassuring. The car parking is available, though it can get a little crowded during peak houWe haven't faced any power outages yet, so the backup seems reliable. The apartment itself is functional, nothing too extravagant but it serves our purpose well. We are still exploring the immediate neighborhood for more dining options, but access to schools and hospitals is definitely a plus. Overall, it's a decent place for young professionals.

I bought my flat in Jain Jains Akankha last year. Being a single woman, safety was my top priority, and the 24x7 security and gated community feel very secure. It's also a ready-to-move property, which saved me a lot of hassle. The location is quite strategic; HITEC City Metro Station is less than 2 kilometeaway, making my commute to work much easier. I also like that KIMS Hospitals Kondapur is nearby in case of emergencies. The power backup is a lifesaver during thundetorms. My only slight concern is that the rooms feel a bit compact, especially the second bedroom. However, for a single peon or a small family, it works well. The overall ambiance of the project is peaceful.

We chose Jain Jains Akankha primarily because of its proximity to World One School in Kondapur, which is just 2 kilometeaway. The gated community provides a safe environment for our children to play. We have power backup, which is essential with young kids, and the 24x7 security is also a big comfort for us. The apartment has good ventilation and adequate space for our family. However, the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity can be a bit botheome at times, especially during windy days. Also, the car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if you have a larger vehicle. Despite these minor issues, the overall living experience is positive, and we are happy with the decision to move here.

Seems to provide. The security measures, including the gated community and 24x7 guards, are quite robust. It is also reassuring to have power backup, especially during the monsoon season when disruptions are common. The proximity to KIMS Hospitals Kondapur is a significant advantage, being nearby. While the area around Kothaguda can get a bit busy with traffic during office commute times, the internal roads are manageable. The apartment layouts are practical and suitable for a family. It offegood value for the investment.

Fit the bill. The gated community setup and the 24x7 security are definite improvements. We appreciate the provision of car parking, which was a major issue in our previous place. The location in Kothaguda is decent, with easy access to HITEC City Metro Station, nearby. One thing we've noticed is that the water pressure can be a bit low during peak usage hou, especially in the evenings. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's something we hope the management addresses.
