Having Velammal Vidhyashram Padur so close is a huge relief for our children's school commute. The complex itself has so many facilities like a swimming pool, table tennis, and a spa. The sea view is an added luxury we enjoy every morning. Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd has created a comfortable living environment. The price felt a bit high initially, but the quality and location justify it.
